2. You don't have to worry about minor maintenance jobs, we take care of everything trivial so you will never be bothered.

3. Any minor damages or maintenance issue under $500 we will cover the payments, with no expense to you the home owner, we'll let you know and that's it.

4. Never have to worry about rent control or federal moratoriums, because we are a business we don't get the same renters rights.
